SENATE BILL NO. 240 An Act relating to the statewide bonding                   
pool for the reclamation activities imposed on mining operations, and          
extending the pools use to surface coal mining projects was read               
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 240 was read the third time.                                   
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE BILL NO. 240 An Act relating                  
to the statewide bonding pool for the reclamation activities imposed           
on mining operations, and extending the pools use to surface coal
